Requirements
Educational Background
- Technical Drawings:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to produce and revise designs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software and tools.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and changes.
- Review and Modifications:
- Revise drawings and designs based on feedback and input from team members or clients.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of design versions, specifications, and documents.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular checks on drawings for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Project Support:
- Assist in the preparation of design proposals and project bids.
- Budget Awareness:
- Understand budget constraints and make recommendations to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Technical Problem Solving:
- Analyze design issues and propose practical solutions.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients for project clarifications and to present designs.
- Training & Development:
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and design technologies through continuous learning.
Requirements
Educational Background
- Minimum: Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience
- Proven experience as a drafter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, mechanical, or electrical drafting methodologies.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).
- Experience with additional design tools and software is an advantage.
- Saudi National Only
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
