Job Description

Brenda Velasquez Home Design is seeking a talented Drafter Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will assist in the development of construction plans in Autocad Software and 3D Modeling in Sketchup.

We are looking for someone who is creative, and passionate about residential design.

Responsibilities

• Develop floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Assist in the design of custom residential homes
• Modify and update plans based on project requirements
• Produce 3D models and renderings for exterior and interior design
• Learn how to comply with local building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Experience with AutoCAD and Sketchup Softwares
• Knowledge of residential construction drawings
• Ability to interpret architectural concepts and sketches
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
