Vacancy for Full Time Drafting / 3D Design

Role Description

ARTA Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and creative Drafting / 3D Design to join our technical team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, 3D designs visualizations, and accurate quantity take-offs for luxury villa and building projects. This role combines technical drafting precision with cost estimation and coordination skills to support project execution from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & 3D Design:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and 3D visualizations for architectural and interior works.
• Develop layouts, elevations, and details based on project specifications and site conditions.
• Create realistic 3D models and renderings to support design presentations and client approvals.
• Revise and update drawings according to Authority comments, consultant comments and site modifications.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with company, client, and authority standards.

Quantity Surveying:

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates from approved drawings.
• Perform material quantity take-offs for architectural, civil, and MEP works.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers for technical and commercial requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
• 2–4 years of experience in drafting, 3D designs, and quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar 3D design software.
• Strong command of MS Excel and quantity take-off tools (e.g., Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and design detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and technical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
