Draftman

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in drawings

Assist architects in the design process by drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and details

Modify drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients

Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design teams

Maintain organized records of drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation

Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and gather data

Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project specifications

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus

1 years of experience in architectural drafting preferred

Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
