QS Estimation and Pricing Cum Draftman

Fitout Furniture and Joinery Estimation and Designing

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical QS Estimation and Pricing Cum Draftsman with experience in both interior fit-out and facilities management projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting tender processes, managing budgets, and providing commercial insight for ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities: Estimation & Tendering

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out and FM projects.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and pricing documents for tender submissions.
• Liaise with procurement, project, and design teams to gather information for cost planning and budgeting.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing and technical inputs.
• Prepare detailed Villa/School/shop drawings, joinery drawings, reflected ceiling plans, and floor plans for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings reflect design requirements.
• Create as-built drawings at project completion, reflecting all modifications and final execution.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and verification of as-built conditions.
• Evaluate project risks, develop contingency strategies, and assist in value engineering.
• Make 3D Design as per the client and Fit-out engineer requirement.
• Assist in furniture and Joinery estimation, costing and pricing from UAE Market, project budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Support FM team in maintenance contract estimation, including manpower, materials, and equipment costing.
• Prepare variation orders, final accounts, and client billing summaries.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and local regulations.
• Maintain an updated cost database for material, labor, and services.
• Prepare and present cost analysis reports for management decision-making.
• Contribute to bid strategy meetings and post-tender clarifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 Months -2 years of experience in estimation/QS roles within fit-out and/or FM sectors in UAE experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Vray, Sketup, Lumion , Enscape, corona, D5, Revit, 3D max for designing and estimation software Plan Swift.
• Strong understanding of fit-out project scope, including MEP, joinery, and civil works.
• Familiarity with FM costing models such as AMC, PPM, reactive services, etc.
• Excellent numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Ukraine/Romania / Moldova/ Arabic
