Draftman/ engineer - Fitout

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman/engineer to join our dynamic interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on drafting experience within the UAE, with a strong understanding of interior design concepts, joinery detailing, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for interior layouts, joinery works, ceiling plans, partitions, and finishes.
• Convert conceptual designs and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure drawings align with project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authority standards.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation for each project.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and support installation teams when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–3 years of drafting experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery details, and interior construction techniques.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority submission procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
