Drafts man

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical drawings.
• Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.
• Prepare BOQ drawings support (if required).

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Revit, 3D Max, or other design software is an advantage.
• Understanding of UAE authority submission standards.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
