Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or technical certification in Drafting or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in drafting , preferably in substation design projects .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and Bentley Substation (Navisworks is a plus).
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation .

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in electrical drafting work.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with design engineers and other disciplines.
• Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under supervision.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software and industry standards.
