Draftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural and structural drafting and design, with a deep understanding of local building codes, materials, and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise detailed 2D and 3D drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all drawings meet UAE codes, project specifications, and company standards.
• Support design and site teams with accurate technical documentation.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman in an engineering consultancy.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of UAE building regulations and standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with architectural and structural detailing.
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit workflows.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination.
