Job Position: Draftsman
Location : Jaipur
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Salary : 3 LPA To 6LPA

Key Roles & Responsibilities

⦁Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
⦁Convert conceptual sketches and site measurements into precise technical drawings.
⦁Create architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and interior drawings as required.
⦁Modify existing drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
⦁Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and version control as per standards.
⦁Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
⦁Coordinate with site engineers to verify dimensions, structural details, and material changes.
⦁Assist in preparing architectural presentations, BOQs, and shop drawings.
⦁Maintain organized records of drawings and communicate updates to relevant teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

⦁Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and other drafting tools.
⦁Good understanding of construction details, architectural standards, structural layouts, and related drawings.
⦁Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail.
⦁Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
⦁Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple drawing assignments.
⦁Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Education
Diploma / ITI in Civil, Architecture, or Drafting
OR B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering with relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
