Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation drawings for marble and stone works.
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Develop detailed drawings for floors, walls, countertops, staircases, and cladding.
• Ensure drawings comply with approved material samples, specifications, and site conditions.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing records and as-built documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in fit-out marble/stone drafting.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiar with marble fabrication, edge profiles, joints, and fixing details.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
