Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Civil Draftsman to prepare accurate drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should be able to work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and sections as per site requirements
• Develop as-built drawings and revise drawings based on site changes
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for design clarifications
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards
• Maintain drawing records and proper documentation
• Assist in quantity take-offs when required
• Update drawings according to approvals and instructions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Certification in Civil Drafting or Draftsmanship /D.A.E
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; 3D is a plus)
• Basic understanding of residential grey structure & finishing drawings
• Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience

• 2–3 years (Experienced Draftsman) — depending on position

Salary Package

• Experienced: PKR 45,000 – 50,000
