Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with comprehensive knowledge of construction and fit-out processes in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in authority requirements and approval procedures across key regulatory bodies including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and others.

· Technical illustrations: Make accurate engineering, structural, and architectural drawings with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.

· Design Interpretation- Review and interpret design drawings , specifications and project requirements.

· Documentation: Maintained organized records of drawings and revisions for all projects.

· Support the construction team with on-site visits when necessary for clarification.

· Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to make ensuring drawings fit to codes and specifications.

· Proven experience as a Draftsman in construction, architecture, or interior fit-out.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp and other design/drafting software.

· Strong knowledge of design principles, measurements, and detailing.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.and project requirements.

· Documentation: Maintained organized records of drawings and revisions for all projects.

· Support the construction team with on-site visits when necessary for clarification.

· Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to make ensuring drawings fit to codes and specifications.
