Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP drawings using BIM software
• Develop and maintain discipline-specific BIM models as per project requirements
• Assist in model coordination and basic clash detection using Navisworks
• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and BIM guidelines
• Coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators for design updates

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Draftsman or CAD/BIM Modeler
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks is an advantage)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• GCC experience will be added advantage
