DRAFTSMAN

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our team, specialized in Fit-Out and MEP works.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Male candidate

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Draftsman

· Strong background in Fit-Out and MEP projects

· Proven experience in commercial and residential projects

· Ability to prepare full detailed drawing packages, including:

• Fit-Out drawings
• MEP drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Shop drawings
• Construction drawings
• As-built drawings

· Proficient in AutoCAD

· 3D rendering skills are preferred
(3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software)

· Strong understanding of coordination between architectural, MEP, and site requirements

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

· Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Portfolio submission is mandatory
