Architectural Draftsman

We are currently looking for Architectural Draftsman in our firm who has min 5-7 years experience in Qatar and GCC .

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate architectural, ID, as-builts drawings and details in line with the project requirements.

Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards, building codes, and regulations.

Translate conceptual designs and sketches into technical drawings (CD, SD, & DD).

Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, and mechanical layouts.

Coordinate revisions, maintain drawing records and ensure that drawings meet technical and company standards.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to clarify design requirements.

Assist architects with design development and documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop etc. Sketchup and 3DS max will be an added advantage).

Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman (7 years minimum)

Strong understanding of details and construction methods.

Good communication and coordination skills (English).

Ability to interpret technical information & high attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a team, work with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines effectively.
