We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to become an integral part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed working drawings, submission drawings, and architectural/construction details
• Develop detailed interior drawings and working sets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Maintain compliance with local bylaws, building codes, and design standards
• Revise and update technical drawings as project requirements evolve
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and design-related documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting within the construction or real estate industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design tools
• Experience with 3D rendering software (Sketchup) is an added advantage
• Solid knowledge of building regulations, materials, and modern construction methods
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• DAE in architecture and drafting or a degree in Architecture is preferred
