3D Designer (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare 3D models, walkthroughs, and renders for construction projects
• Create exterior & interior 3D designs (houses, plazas, commercial buildings)
• Convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D visualizations
• Work with architects, engineers, and site teams
• Apply realistic materials, lighting, and textures
• Revise designs as per client and management feedback

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil, or 3D Design
• 2–5 years experience in architectural or construction 3D designing
• Strong command of 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona
• Understanding of construction drawings and layouts
• Good creativity with technical accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
