Data Analyst

Overview:

The ETS is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across federal programs. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and deliver clear reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

· Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.

· Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

· Collaborate with teams to understand data needs.

· Ensure compliance with federal data governance and security standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

· 2+ years of data analysis experience.

· Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.

· Experience with advance level excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

· Knowledge of federal data regulations and GSA operations.

· Experience with predictive modeling or advanced analytics.
