Data & Monitoring Analyst | KPI & Automation Monitoring Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Data & Monitoring Analyst to manage, monitor, and optimize our automated client acquisition system. This person will ensure all workflows, automations, outreach campaigns, and KPI dashboards run smoothly, generate accurate reports, and remain audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring & Health Checks
• Monitor all workflows (GHL, Make.com, booking engine, outreach sequences, Slack alerts) for failures or stalls.
• Track SDR response times, lead flows, campaign metrics, and automation uptime.
• Freeze or escalate failing automations automatically.
• KPI & Dashboard Management
• Maintain dashboards tracking lead generation, bookings, SDR KPIs, outreach performance, and system uptime.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and visually clear.
• Incident & CAPA Management
• Investigate system or automation failures.
• Log evidence, create ClickUp incidents, classify severity, and trigger CAPA workflows.
• Reporting & Insights
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Provide insights to improve workflows, SDR performance, or automation efficiency.
• Data Integrity & Compliance
• Ensure all logs, dashboards, and evidence are audit-ready.
• Maintain historical data for SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and alerts.
• Optimization
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows or dashboards.
• Collaborate with automation experts to improve efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, ClickUp dashboards).
• Knowledge of automation platforms (Make.com, GoHighLevel, Slack integrations).
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, SOP compliance, and audit trails.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, or automation APIs) is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex workflows.

Working Hours:

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
