Job Description:
AxcelerateAI is seeking an analytical and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our AI solutions align with client needs and deliver tangible results. You will gather requirements, analyse data, and collaborate on projects to support AxcelerateAI’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for AI-driven projects.
• Analyze client data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for AI implementation that can enhance business outcomes.
• Develop detailed project documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical language and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that solutions meet client requirements and AxcelerateAI standards.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Support the team in crafting proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate project impact and ROI to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technology is a strong plus.
