Draftsman

Draftsman position is to transform architectural and engineering concepts into precise technical drawings and plans that serve as a blueprint for construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that design ideas are accurately represented, compliant with building codes and regulations, and practically executable on site. By producing detailed and accurate drawings, the draftsman helps facilitate efficient project planning, coordination, and execution, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality property developments.

• Creating technical drawings using CAD software.
• Interpreting design specifications.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Reviewing and revising drawings for accuracy.
• Incorporating design changes and revisions into drawings.
• Generating bill of materials (BOM) based on drawings.
• Creating presentation drawings or renderings.
• Maintaining archives of technical drawings.
• Providing support during the construction or production process.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and goals.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve design discrepancies and ensure seamless project execution.

Qualification:

• Associate’s degree or diploma in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a draftsman.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
