We are looking for a Draftsman with the following qualifications:

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UAE construction and maintenance sector. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of preparing high-quality drawings that meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Draftsman in UAE construction and maintenance projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and MEP drawings (multi-disciplinary knowledge will be considered an advantage).
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts.
• Familiarity with UAE standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with engineers, architects, and site teams.
• Must have strong initiative, be able to work with minimal supervision, and be results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise technical drawings for civil, electrical, and MEP works.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and documentation.
