Draftsman

Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to produce accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for construction projects. Candidate must be a Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate. Industry experience in real estate/construction is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and revisions.
• Create shop drawings and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Convert sketches and markups into CAD drawings; ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and file management.
• Attend design coordination meetings and incorporate feedback into drawings.
• Assist in quantity takeoffs and basic detail drawings as required.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, dimensioned, and ready for construction use.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture (required).
• 2–3 years’ experience in drafting for construction/real estate projects preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD/BIM tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building regulations.
• Attention to detail, good communication, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
