Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our pre-construction and design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming architectural concepts into detailed, accurate, and buildable drawing sets for our prestigious portfolio of high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and layouts for high-rise residential and commercial towers using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.
• Review and redline drawings, incorporating feedback and changes from various stakeholders.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to UAE building codes, standards, and company QA/QC procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of drawing registers and documentation.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Draftsman within the UAE construction industry.
• Demonstrable experience working on high-rise building projects is essential.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience with Revit (BIM) is a significant advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of local authority submission procedures and requirements in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawing sets.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
