Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and strong technical drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans based on project requirements
• Review and modify drawings as per engineering and architectural specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in the UAE
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software is an advantage
• Knowledge of 3D drawing and modeling software (such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction/engineering drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate / construction industry
• Diploma or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related field

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
