Job Title: Architect (UAE Experience Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design, technical, and project coordination skills, along with solid experience working on projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
• Prepare and review design proposals, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and standards
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university (Mandatory)
• 5 to 12 years of proven experience, with minimum of 5 years in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approvals
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong design aesthetics and attention to detail
• Experience with authority submissions (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.)
