Architectural Engineer

About Us:

Royal Stone Engineering Consultancy is a Sharjah-based design and engineering firm known for delivering innovative, high-quality architectural and engineering solutions. Our projects range from residential villas and commercial buildings to mixed-use developments. We are looking for a talented Architect to join our creative and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce architectural designs from concept through to construction drawings.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver functional and visually appealing designs.
• Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and documentation for approvals and permits.
• Ensure all designs comply with Sharjah Municipality regulations, local codes, and UAE standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Support in preparing tender documents and bill of quantities when required.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise the implementation of design during construction phases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design (preferably in the UAE).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Sharjah Municipality submission procedures and UAE building regulations.
• Excellent design, detailing, and visualization skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
