Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with strong expertise in the marble, granite, and stone industry within the construction, trading, and contracting sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive GCC experience and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 2D & 3D.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinating with engineers, project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings for consultant and client approvals related to marble, granite, and stone works.
• Develop detailed technical drawings including:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• Stone layout details
• Interior and space planning layouts
• Furniture and finish layouts
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings for stone and marble applications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and execution compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Incorporate client requirements, project scope, budget, and design preferences into technical drawing outputs.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation as per company and project standards.
• Provide technical support during installation and execution phases.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and handle drawing revisions and updates efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma in AutoCAD Draftsmanship or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5–7 years of GCC experience in marble, granite, or stone contracting/trading projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 2D & 3D.
• Solid understanding of marble, granite, and stone materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be currently available in KSA or willing to relocate immediately.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working on high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or fit-out projects.
• Strong coordination skills with site execution teams and consultants.
• Ability to produce precise and aesthetically aligned stone layout drawings.
