Draftsman (Achitectural)

Currently we are looking for Architectural Draftsman for our company. The location is in Dubai. Interested Candidates can submit their application.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare complete detailed construction and shop drawings for architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings complying with DM/DCA/government rules and regulations.

· Preparation of 3D views is an added advantage

· Extensive knowledge of all authority portals such as DM, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.

· Experience on Residential Villas and Commercial Projects

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

· Completed degree/diploma from an Accredited Institution in Drafting and Architecture or equivalent

· Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Drafting. Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role in a Consultancy firm in the UAE

· Previous experience in projects related to Residential Villa and Commercial is an advantage.

· Should be highly proficient and professional in working with AutoCad 2D.

· Additional certification in Design Drafting Association is a plus.
