Draftsman Architect

Job Description

Prepare detailed shop drawings for construction and design projects based on provided specifications.
Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements to develop precise 3D as-built drawings.
Ensure all drawings, layouts, and survey data are accurate and submitted within project timelines.
Monitor design changes during project execution and update drawings accordingly to maintain quality and compliance.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings align with site conditions and technical requirements.
Assist in maintaining organized records of drawings and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the team in resolving design-related issues and ensuring smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Technical Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry.
Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills for working with project teams.
