Draftsman (AutoCAD Expert)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Draftsman with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD to produce accurate technical drawings and detailed shop drawings for various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret design concepts, and extensive experience working on construction and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings.
• Interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and design specifications accurately.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings meet company standards, project specifications, and local regulations.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
• Support project execution with timely and precise drafting work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman with high-level AutoCAD expertise.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration ability.
• Experience in interior design, MEP, lighting, or smart home drawings is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in GCC projects is an advantage.
