Draftsman (BIM Modeler /Architecture / Structure / MEP)

Al Rukn Al Meamary Engineering Consultants is seeking to hire a BIM Modeler / Draftsman, with primary focus on BIM modeling, and experience in the following disciplines:

• BIM Modeling (Primary Requirement)
• Architectural Drafting
• Structural Drafting
• MEP Drafting

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering consultancy offices within the UAE.
• Strong experience as a BIM Modeler (Revit – Architecture / Structure / MEP).
• High proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of municipality regulations and Civil Defense requirements.
• Ability to prepare BIM models, detailed shop drawings, and construction drawings.
• Strong coordination skills between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using BIM workflows.
• High level of accuracy, commitment, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team environment and handle work pressure.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
