Draftsman /Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Designer/Programmer responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for manufacturing precision components, primarily for the oil and gas sector. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, using CAD/CAM software, and ensuring accurate, efficient machining processes in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Design components using SolidWorks based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and prepare machine-ready models.
• Ensure programs comply with API (American Petroleum Institute) standards.
• Collaborate with machinists and production staff to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and update documentation related to programming and designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CNC programming and design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM software.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and API standards.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Preferred applicants are in the UAE.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
