Job Title: Fit-Out & Marble Draftsman

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out & Marble Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists for marble, stone, and interior fit-out works. This role requires strong knowledge of marble installation details, materials, finishes, and coordination with project and production teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed marble, stone, and fit-out shop drawings for fabrication and site installation.
• Create accurate 2D and 3D layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting software.
• Convert design concepts and architectural drawings into precise technical drawings that meet project specifications.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure drawings match actual site conditions.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Prepare cutting lists, edge details, section details, and material take-offs for marble and stone works.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and fixing methods for marble and high-end fit-out projects.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and installation methods.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marble, stone, or interior fit-out drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of marble fabrication, installation details, junctions, and material selection.
• Knowledge of fit-out joinery is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred

• UAE/GCC experience in marble, stone, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with modern finishing materials and high-end interior detailing.
