Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Draftsman with a minimum of 7 years of UAE experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, excellent knowledge of joinery and interior fit-out detailing, and the ability to prepare accurate shop drawings in coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out projects.
• Develop furniture, joinery, ceiling, partition, flooring, and detailed interior drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings and resolve design conflicts through coordinated drawings.
• Prepare material and cutting details for production and site execution.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the project execution team with technical clarifications whenever required.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Fit-Out projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or BIM will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out detailing, joinery, and construction methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience with reputed UAE fit-out contractors.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available in the UAE will be preferred.

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
