JD for Draftsman – Home & Office Furniture

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for home and office furniture (sofas, tables, cabinets, workstations, etc.)

Develop detailed production drawings with accurate measurements and specifications

Convert client requirements and sketches into technical designs

Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or equivalent tools

Work closely with designers, sales team, and production team

Modify and revise drawings based on client feedback and approvals

Ensure proper selection and detailing of materials, hardware, and finishes

Prepare cutting lists and assembly drawings for manufacturing

Coordinate with site team for measurements and installation support

Maintain design accuracy and ensure feasibility for production

Manage and organize drawing files and project documentation

Ensure timely delivery of drawings as per project deadlines Support quality control by ensuring design compliance during execution
