Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in interior fit-out drawings to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and joinery drawings, and coordinate closely with designers and project teams to deliver accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior fit-out drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop joinery shop drawings and technical details as per project requirements.
• Review design intent and convert concepts into accurate technical drawings.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Update drawings based on site conditions, revisions, and client feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Support project documentation and preparation of BOQs (if required).
• Maintain organized drawing files and revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out or joinery field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to produce clear, precise, and accurate drawings.
• Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and fit-out construction methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
