Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare technical drawings, 3D renders, and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with design and authority standards.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

· Knowledge of 3D rendering software.

· Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.

· Experience in interior fit-out or architectural drafting.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed CAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

· Create 3D renders using SketchUp, V-Ray, and other rendering tools.

· Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and authority requirements (DM, DCD).

· Coordinate with sub consultants and sub-contractors to prepare detail drawings (Architectural and MEP).

· Update drawings based on site conditions and client feedback.

· Conduct site visits to verify actual conditions.
