Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out & Civil Works

We are looking for a Draftsman with experience in Interior Fit-Out and Civil Drawings to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and mood boards.
• Create accurate 3D visualizations, renderings, and floor plans.
• Support the team with drafting technical drawings and material schedules.
• Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and digital tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out and civil drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max (with V-Ray / Corona) is required.
• Preferred: Experience or interest in leveraging AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar visualization tools) to enhance concept development workflows.
• Good understanding of drafting tools (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Strong eye for detail, proportion, and color aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Planning, Production, QA/QC, and Cost Control departments.
