Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out & MEP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and CAD layouts for interior fit-out projects
• Draft structural and non-structural layouts, elevations, and sections
• Prepare MEP coordination drawings in line with project requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers for clarifications
• Update drawings based on site changes and feedback
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of Gulf experience in Interior Fit-Out drafting
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing standards
• Experience with structural/non-structural, as-built, and MEP drawings
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Diploma in Engineering / Drafting or related technical qualification preferred
