Draftsman-Interior Fitout/Civil

Job Title: Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out & Civil Works)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2–5 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with strong experience in interior fit-out and civil construction works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and as-built plans while coordinating closely with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations as per project requirements.
• Develop as-built drawings based on site conditions and updates from the project team.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure accuracy and timely submission of drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and authority regulations.
• Modify and update drawings based on client or consultant comments.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs, detail drawings, and construction documents.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing records for all project stages.
• Conduct occasional site visits to collect measurements and verify existing conditions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and civil works (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other drafting software is a plus.
• Good understanding of interior layouts, civil drawings, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
