Position: Draftsman – Joinery & Fit-out

Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE

Salary: Up to AED 7,000

Experience: 3–5 years in Joinery & Fit-out industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman – Joinery & Fit-out to prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation for joinery and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in joinery detailing, interior fit-out works, and knowledge of materials and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and joinery details.

Interpret design intent, architectural drawings, and project specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production teams for approvals.

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, project requirements, and quality expectations.

Revise drawings based on client/consultant feedback and site conditions.

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Work closely with the joinery production team to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or related field.

3–5 years of proven experience as a Draftsman in Joinery & Fit-out industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.

Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
