Job Title: Joinery Fit-Out Draftsman

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Fit-Out Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models for joinery and interior fit-out projects. This role requires strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, and installation methods, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery and shop drawings for manufacturing and site execution.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Interpret design concepts into precise technical drawings in line with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure drawings align with site conditions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Recommend materials, finishes, and joinery details for high-quality outputs.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in joinery and fit-out drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, and production methods.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

• UAE/GCC experience in joinery fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable materials and modern design practices.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
