Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape, MEP & Civil Draftsman to support multidisciplinary design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, construction documents, and coordination layouts for landscape, civil, and MEP systems in accordance with project requirements, standards, and codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings for landscape, civil, and MEP works using AutoCAD and related software
• Develop site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, irrigation, lighting, and hardscape drawings
• Draft MEP layouts including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and fire protection systems
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, architects, landscape architects, and project managers
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, redlines, and client feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and project specifications
• Maintain organized drawing files, CAD standards, and documentation control
• Assist with quantity take-offs and basic calculations when required

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Landscape, Civil, and/or MEP drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience is a plus)
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revit, BIM, or 3D modeling software
• Familiarity with municipal approvals and construction documentation
• Experience working in consulting, construction, or engineering firms
