Draftsman ( Landscaping and Swimming Pool)

Responsibilities:

• Technical Drawing: Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software based on project requirements and specifications.
• Design Support: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop and refine design concepts, providing technical input and feedback to ensure feasibility and functionality.
• Drafting Standards: Adhere to drafting standards, codes, and regulations applicable to the industry, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Revision and Modification: Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders, incorporating changes and updates in a timely manner while maintaining version control.
• Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for reference and archival purposes.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other departments or external stakeholders to obtain necessary information or input for drafting work, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on drafted drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards before finalization and distribution.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a draftsman, CAD technician, or related role, demonstrating proficiency in technical drawing and drafting techniques.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D modeling and drafting.
• Understanding of drafting principles, geometric dimensioning and tolerance and industry-specific standards

Attention to Detail:

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing technical drawings to ensure completeness and precision.

Communication:

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interpret design requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze design challenges, propose solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues related to drafting work.

Time Management:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Adaptability:

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, design specifications, and software tools, with a willingness to learn and enhance technical skills as needed.
