Draftsman MEP

We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman to prepare detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for construction and fit-out projects. The candidate must be able to work closely with engineers, site teams, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely drafting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP shop drawings based on design drawings, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Produce coordinated drawings for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
• Revise drawings as per consultant comments, site changes, and engineer instructions.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural drawings to avoid clashes.
• Assist in quantity take-off from drawings when required.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and document control.
• Support site execution team with drawing clarifications and updates.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
