Job Title: Architectural Draftsman / Architect

Job Description:
A&M International is seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman or Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and ensuring proper coordination between all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coordination drawings between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop shop drawings for block work in accordance with project specifications.
• Prepare ceramic/tile shop drawings including layouts, patterns, and details.
• Produce reflected ceiling plans (RCP) with full coordination of services.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions and final execution.
• Assist in developing architectural detailing and enhancements where required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to resolve clashes and discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman or Architect in a contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Good understanding of construction details and site execution.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
