Senior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architectural Designer to join our Design Department. The ideal candidate must have strong design thinking, excellent technical skills, and proven experience in delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design development from concept stage to detailed design.

Produce high-quality architectural drawings (2D & 3D) for residential and mixed-use projects.

Develop strong design concepts aligned with client requirements, budget, and regulations.

Coordinate closely with:

Structural engineers

MEP consultants

Project management team

Review and implement client feedback efficiently.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.

Prepare design presentations and visual materials for clients.

Support marketing and presentation materials when required.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience (strong portfolio is mandatory).

Excellent command of:

AutoCAD

Revit

Lumion / Enscape

Adobe Photoshop (preferred)

Strong understanding of:

Architectural planning

Space optimization

Design detailing

Construction methods

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

High attention to detail with a strong design sense.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in villa and residential design.

Experience working with consultancy offices.

Strong aesthetic judgment and creative mindset.

Fast execution without compromising quality.
