About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about contributing to all phases of the architectural design process from conceptual design through construction documentation and site coordination.

This role offers the opportunity to work on buildings and infrastructure projects (warehouse experience is acceptable), receive mentorship from senior architects, and grow professionally within a supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptual design development and design presentations
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation
• Develop working drawings, detailing, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
• Support project delivery from design development through construction phase
• Participate in site visits and assist with project coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Professional degree in Architecture:
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from an accredited institution
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Strong experience in buildings and infrastructure projects (warehouse projects acceptable)
• High proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling and documentation) – mandatory
• Strong skills in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools such as Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, or Twin motion
• Foundational understanding of building codes, construction standards, and materials
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
